Haagen-Fagzs is a comic strip that seeks to complicate the stereotypical conception of the "fag/fag hag" bond.
Depite their undying vow of friendship to one another, Fagzs and Haagen's relationship is not always healthy. Even though they can never sexually be a couple, sex is on their mind and still manages to complicate their relationship.
Haagen-Fagzs also seeks to expose how even minorities and victims of intolerance often sadly reiterate the same kind of injustices of which they are the victims. In indiscriminatingly voicing their every thought, Haagen and Fagzs reveal their own biases, their own racism, sexism and homophobia.
As such, Haagen-Fagzs hopes to spark thought, debate, discussion, and even maybe make you laugh a little... or at the very least chuckle.
